How will my order be shipped?

You can view the exact status of your order in your customer account under "Orders." As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email.

Has my order been shipped yet?

You will receive an email notification of the status of your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation from us via email.

Can multiple orders be combined?

With our fast shipping, your order will be forwarded to packaging for further processing immediately after your purchase. Changes are no longer possible at this point. We ask for your understanding.

Can I only order online?

Yes, you can only order online.

What is the status of my order?

We will inform you of the status of your order by email. You will always receive a shipping confirmation from us via email.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us for a cancellation request using the contact form.

How can I change my order afterwards?

With our fast shipping, your order will be forwarded to packaging for further processing immediately after your purchase. Changes are no longer possible at this point. We ask for your understanding.

What happens if my order includes a pre-order product?

If your order includes a pre-order product, we will ship all ordered items together on the day of that product's release. All items in an order will be shipped together; we do not offer partial deliveries.

RETURN

How do I return my order?

You can access your order directly via your order confirmation email and request a return. You will then automatically receive a prepaid return label. Either present the QR code at a DHL drop-off point of your choice or print the return label yourself.

How long do I have to return something?

You have 30 days to return items

My item is broken, what now?

We're very sorry that you received a damaged item. Of course, you can return the item within the statutory period. Please contact us using the contact form.

Can I choose a different item as a replacement?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please feel free to place a new order.

How do I get my money back?

The refund will be made automatically after receipt and inspection of the return to the originally selected payment method

Why hasn't my credit been refunded yet?

The credit for your return hasn't been refunded yet? You should receive the amount within 3-5 business days of receiving the confirmation of receipt. Please contact our customer service if this isn't the case. Our colleagues will address your request immediately.
